The Customer Service Representative Support System (CSR) is provided to you by National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC). This software allows you, as a customer support representative, to immediately answer questions posed to you by your customers as they call in regarding their billing.
Based on the telephone number provided to you by the customer, you can inquire on their specific unbilled toll information, rate information and their rate calculations.
After you enter your company login information, the name of the company and it's mailing information will display in the upper-left corner of the screen. The NISC logo, located in the upper-right corner of the screen, will take you directly to NISC's Internet when you click on it.
It is recommended that this software be run using Internet Explorer and the resolution be set to a minimum of 800 X 600.
